Came with everything I needed, instructional video and paper instructions were clear even used foam tape to reduce noise. Great product and it's a better price than similar sets on Amazon.

That does not work! in automotive and automotive electronics

The product was defective, it didn't work! The seller does not answer and does not help! Just a ping pong chat, answering the same questions over and over again, like in a psychological game. Do not buy!

Installed it today and found in the instructions that the firmware could not be updated after installing the CMU. This may never be an issue, but if the radio has ever needed an update it looks like you won't be able to. If you send this back you can get a Mazda part.

BUYER ATTENTION!: Car radio receiver

CAUTION, factory GPS or navigation will not work after installation. Apple CarPlay works but does not read the GPS SD card. I had to buy from a Mazda dealer and it finally worked! It cost me $124 for a CarPlay device.

perfect for Mazda CX5 2018

I bought this not really believing it would work. The installation took me a maximum of 30 minutes and it works as advertised. If you're looking to add an Apple Car to your Mazda, this is for you. There is a video on YouTube showing the simplest installation. Top product. Highly recommended

There are almost no installation instructions, but there are many videos on YouTube showing how to install on each model. I updated the software myself instead of going to the dealer. It was a bit of a chore, but not particularly difficult if you're computer savvy and can follow the online instructions.
