Kind of PITA to replace them on a 3.5 Altima engine but this is the correct part. I have 219k on my motor and every time I turn on the air or turn the steering wheel to lock it my belt starts to squeak. I took out the original and was able to move it easily by hand, so it's clearly worn. This has now been installed for several hundred kilometers and keeps the new belt taut without squeaking. I'm always skeptical about Chinese parts, let's see how long the warehouse lasts.

WARNING WARNING! I bought this tensioner for my car and after paying a mechanic $378.56 to install it because it was extremely labor intensive. Alternator and air conditioning compressor had to be removed together. with a few other parts to get to the idler pulley. Hence the price just for installing a new tensioner.
