Wouldn't buy a second one

The second one I bought stopped working after 1 week. The first one I bought did that too. The RK56 was no longer a premium microphone.

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • Cable shorter than others

Great although it worked

This is a great mic when it works. It's been running for about 3 months and now it turns on but nothing comes out. Sometimes he talks and sometimes he doesn't.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

It's a good brand

The mic worked fine for 5 months and then stopped working. I'm ordering a new one to give it a second chance. Of course, the fact that it's on sale helped with my decision.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Not sure

The mic is heavier than most!

The Road King mic is top notch. Don't worry about background noise. Radio Check produced a crisp, clear transmission. The old school look is a nice reminder of how popular CB radios were in the 70's. I use my CB radio for off-road rides with friends.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Very good microphone! best for CB and radios

This mic does what it's supposed to do. It blocks out background noise so when you press the mic, all you can hear is my voice, and the audio is clear and punchy. I had to get used to the microphone as I had to hold it closer to be heard due to the noise canceling properties built into the microphone. The microphone feels good in the hand and also looks good.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions

They used to be the best

These microphones used to be in use. would never use a standard microphone or any other brand. They haven't held up very well lately. When they work, they do great work. I've gone through quite a few of these over the past two years. Switches seem to be an issue. GARBAGE! I would love to have them fixed, I don't have a CB shop nearby and don't want to leave them miles away not knowing when or if I'll be back for them. I'll try the Ranger mic. hope it lasts.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some little things

Very good microphone! in fixed CB radios
