Hands down my favorite CB antenna

I hate CB and almost exclusively use the HAM off-road. HOWEVER, a friend had this antenna and was getting great results, so I followed suit. After the tuning my CB is now clean and usable, for these 2 times I use it in a year. I also like that it's not as uncomfortable as those thick Firestick antennas.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • I'll write back

Don't waste your money or time with this

This "antenna" is not worth your time or money. Nearly impossible to set up after having to fix a broken connection. As for the adjustment rings, I'm not entirely sure, they didn't seem to do anything when adjusting their position. Most of the case is made of cheap plastic and doesn't feel very solid. I won't return, it's easier to throw it away.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Almost never

My CB radio is now working great! I will use RoadPro.

I have been trying to use this new antenna, "but" cannot match it with my CB radio at this time, I may try again later, I got it through another one matching replaced, SWR 1.1 on all lower channels and 1.3 on all upper channels, my CB radio works great now!

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Crumpled package

Looks good very easy to set up

I bought this antenna to replace a Little Wil magnetic mount that had been on the roof of my Suburban for a couple of years (it was supposed to be temporary). I chose this antenna because it is very similar to the Larsen NMO2/70B ham antenna I already installed on the driver's side hood and I wanted to mount the RoadPro symmetrically on the passenger side. I installed it on a Firestik SS-174 stainless steel hood duct mount and connected it to my CB radio using a Firestik K-8R18 coaxial cable…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Does not fit

Works well and is very easy to set up.

I have this on my 4x4 so I need something that can wear out a bit and doesn't cost a fortune if it breaks or breaks. I was very impressed with how easy it was to set up. The setup method is a little different from what you've seen elsewhere, but it seems to work very well, especially on my car. I have an antenna mount that connects to a roof rack on a car and as a result the fit doesn't provide the best RF grounding for the antenna. I have found that many CB antennas typically oscillate almost…

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Good but not great
