This food processor is a game-changer! After I put it to the test in my home kitchen, I was blown away by how quickly and efficiently it chopped, blended, and pureed my ingredients .The clear bowl made it easy to monitor the texture of my concoction, and the overall DESIGN is sleek and easy to clean. I bought this to replace the gray work bowl (with clear top) that comes standard with the Robot Coupe R2N. The gray work bowl warped after being washed in the dishwasher with the drying program switched on. This is not a good feature for a commercial product. I suspect this was developed with the idea that commercial dishwashers have a short wash and rinse cycle and no dry cycle.
