Great Solution with great customer service

The user interface allows for easy customization as well as management through API's which makes it very flexible in terms of integration into other solutions or applications that we use daily at work! As I said above there are many options available but also more than enough resources within tagence support team if any questions arise during implementation process. There may be issues when integrating third party systems such as Salesforce etc because they don't always follow best practices…

  • The flexibility of the platform and the variety of options available for customization
Cons
  • The amount of information that needs to be inputted manually and the lack of ability to create automation rules without custom coding
