I wanted to love this soap for my cloth diapers. Although everything seemed to work fine at first, over time it turned out that my diapers were not being cleaned. After a few months my diapers were stained, dirty and smelly. If you use this soap as directed (a tablespoon of soap to clean a full portion of feces and urine) it's too weak to clean diapers and too weak to keep my hard water in check. **Update** I've just upped my rating from 2 to 4 stars. The rating below is still valid using COLD water, but since I had almost an entire bag left over I started soaking soiled clothes and using HOT water to soak. It does an excellent job of removing stains, and hot water dissolves sand. I probably won't use it as a main cleaner as it requires warm or hot water and I usually use cold, but it's a good stain remover so I'd buy it again for that purpose.
