Great shoes for active diabetics!

My father is diabetic and walks more than 2 miles every day. It's the only shoe he uses for walking as it provides the cushioning and support he needs. Diabetics have to be EXTREMELY careful with their feet and I 100% recommend this shoe to anyone looking for hiking shoes! Despite the 2 miles a day he puts on in them very quickly (not to mention he's not exactly an easy climber!), these shoes last a long time!

Decent price but cheaper for some reason

These are good shoes for the money but significantly inferior to the more expensive Rockport hiking shoes. I don't mind a stiffer sole, but they just don't keep my feet as comfortable or natural. This is probably due to the simplified construction (thinner leather, less detailing, no grommets on the eyelets for laces, etc.) needed for the price. I can usually get around a year of daily use out of a pair of quality Rockports (ie two or three years of ownership if I'm changing several different…

Not bad for $45. changed to bad

When I saw Rockport for $45 I had to buy it. Well these are good sneakers, they're still there, just not great. They are light but that could be a plus if they last 2 years like most good running shoes. Felt comfortable but not great. I bought 4x width, 4x but felt like 2x. No big deal, it should take time. I hope it's my imagination that I walk 2 miles uphill and downhill 5 times a week and after the walk my legs feel more tired than usual and a little hotter. Maybe I don't know the width…

This is the 2nd time in the last 4 months that I have bought this exact shoe, same color and size and it is different from the pair I bought 4 months ago. They look ALMOST exactly the same but the new ones just say ROCKPORT on the back and the 4 month old pair says ROCKPORT PROWALKER (see photo on Revain website). Inside both labels say Made in Vietnam, but the one from 4 months ago says LEATHER UPPER and the new one says MAN-MADE. The model number in the shoes released 4 months ago is APM35519

It's not just about the size

When I saw them at a great price I bought them straight away. I had to wonder why the process was so low. When I received them, I put them on and walked for a long time, several days, and without any other shoes. The last pair of Rockport shoes I bought fit really well, but run at least one size smaller. After my feet continued to hurt, I took a closer look at the shoes and noticed that the opening was limited so they couldn't accommodate large feet. I think that the problems with them are due…

Rockport Good Quality Men's

I bought these shoes for my 24 year old son who sometimes has trouble finding shoes for his 12EEEE foot size. He works on his feet all day, so he needs comfort. He wasn't thrilled with the price, but I told him the Rockport brand was worth a few bucks more. He called me the first day he put them on and told me what amazing legs he had! He wore them for his entire eight-hour shift with no problem. These are so-called hiking shoes, i.e. not sneakers, but also not evening shoes and certainly not…

5 Star Best in Sports for Men

I've bought a dozen or more of these over the years. My 9.5ft is the same as the standard 9.5m so I'm lucky and can buy shoes online or walk from a shoe store in 20 minutes as 9.5m is always perfect for me. The quality is still excellent. If you are sure that they suit you, it is highly recommended. I buy together with metal rings for shoelaces; otherwise the "hole" will burst. And buy laces the same day you open the box because their laces always "break" or "break" long before the shoe needs…
