This scale is very easy to use. I don't even read the instructions. Simply insert the battery and install the app. The data is sent to the app within a second and lists your weight in detail. This scale is very easy to use and of high quality. It comes with a battery so you can use it like a regular scale or download an app to measure other body indexes. I love how easy it is to record data and allow me to track my weight on a daily basis. I really liked the small footprint of this scale. They have a much lower profile than my old scales, which I really like (see photo).
