First, excellent customer service. I'm having an issue with a recommended app (OKOK International) that connects a scale to an iPhone. I couldn't register. I contacted customer service and Leslie replied the next day. Meanwhile, I discovered that there was another app called Scale Up on the App Store that worked right out of the box. I emailed Leslie that this app works great. She told me that another application is now running. I'm sticking with the Scale Up App. The scale is very accurate. I did a test with a ten pound brick and it was accurate. The scale looks very elegant. I did a lot of research and am glad I chose this scale.
