My wife and I have been using the Roffey body fat scale for over two weeks and have found it to match our doctor and chiropractor's weights. We both have our own recorded data on our phones using the free app OKOK International (I used a barcode scanner to make sure I have the right app). Everything easily connected. I check that my foot is directly on all four reflectors of the scale and I get a stable reading. I took multiple measurements at the same time on different days and the readings stayed the same, accurate to the ounce. I really need to lose weight and this will allow me to see results. I have found that I am low in protein and water in the body but the percentage of muscle mass and bone mass is excellent. Now I will also work on the amount of protein and water. My wife loves it too and has paired it with her Fitbit.
