Not that wide. And that's good for some purposes!

I thought they were wider because I've bought many other ROK belts in the past. However, they are not, but I have actually used them very well at the size they came in.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Some cons

Excellent adjustable straps.

Good general purpose elastic belt for motorcycles. I also have black ROK straps but I bought these brown ones to contrast with my gear. You are much easier to see in the dark or between your black bag/gear.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Operating speed

ROK belts are great. Be sure to check the straps if you are.

ROK belts are excellent. Be sure to check the straps upon receipt. I had to thread the strap through the buckle properly. I have several ROK harnesses of all sizes. For the first time I saw that the star on the buckle had no thread.

Pros
  • Bought at last
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Everyone needs a set or two!

I love these things! I have them on motorcycles, UTVs and even at work. They're comfortable, easy to use, and pretty darn durable. I use them off-road to secure my gear on cross-country trips. The only problem I have with them is that I never run out of ROK straps.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far

Great belts! in tie down straps

These are great straps, very well made. However, do not repeat my mistake. Each strap consists of two separate parts with a loop at the opposite end of the buckle. You thread each piece through the attachment point and then fasten the buckles together. This video explains. http://youtu.be/DUQD0S6DkrA

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors have arrived

RokStraps is what you need.

Great straps but I'm not sure how much they can really hold. The breaking load of 125lbs is what is listed for each harness, I find it a little hard to believe while buckled up. 35 pound bag to my fender. However, this is a reliable product. If you want to attach something essential to the bike I would go with 1" straps over that, they are 1/2" and the elastic just doesn't have enough tension to really secure anything. After one of my 1 inch straps wore out from not fastening the loose end. I…

Pros
  • Best in its niche
