These straps worked much better than expected, I was curious what all the hype was about. Now I can tell you that the hype is justified. Used them to anchor my tent during my trip to Colorado, off road and on road, it held it securely in place better than expected. Stays there even after a few drops.

From what I remember the product works great. My only issue with these newer ones is that they are flimsy. Not sure how well they will work. It's 43 miles, mostly highway, so you can see why I'm skeptical. My fault for not reading the product description. I thought they were the same.
