Great alternative to traditional elastic cords

I like the straps for the convenience of attaching them. Don't worry about them loosening and falling off. For such a small strap, they pack a lot of power. I would appreciate a shorter version on my luggage rack. And of course, they're pretty expensive for what they are.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Expensive

ROC 42 " strap fits straps

ROC straps are a must for every motorcycle and scooter owner! They are so easy to adjust, have enough stretch, hold loads securely, won't scratch the bike and replace the need for bungee -Rows come in a variety of sizes. They are well built and should last a lifetime! I have both the 42" and 60" sizes and I love them!

Pros
  • Great design
Cons

When I drive, I'm always shocked that my laptop .

Whenever I drive, I'm always afraid that my laptop bag might fly off and crash into someone's windshield at 70 miles per hour. These straps are quick to put on and hold my gear so tight that I don't have to worry about it. I strapped a backpack with 30 lbs of stuff and a 4 person tent for a 1500 mile road trip this spring and they never loosened or anything fell off.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Functionality

Great bike mounts. Throw away those elastic cords!

A friend strapped them to a bike on a motorcycle hike. When we came back I ordered some for the next trip. They didn't disappoint, they suck! Soft loops make it easy to attach to the bike. Unlike bungee cords, you can pull them nice and taut. Quick-release fasteners make it easier to release.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Could have opted for a newer model

Perfect for motorcycle and/or bicycle

Great product. So much more than a bungee net and/or ratchet strap, plus they're so compact they'll easily fit in a small tank bag. I used to use a bungee net, but there had to be some amount of material on board to keep the bungee tensioned. There are no problems with them, they can be attached to almost anything and are durable thanks to the elastic part. I can't think of a more perfect way to attach something to a motorcycle or similar vehicle.

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Not for everyone

Much better than regular bungee

If you've never used one, you don't know what you're missing out. ROK straps are a better alternative to traditional bungee cords and are also more secure. It is very unlikely that any of the ROK webbing will fail. It's hard to say the same about regular elastic cords. I've been using them for years and just recently added another pair to my motorcycle travels. I only had 3/4 inch. I assume the wider ones can be used for some really heavy workloads as they're good enough for anything.

Pros
  • Specially designed for motorcycles, ATVs and snowmobiles
Cons
  • Not as thick as others

Ideal. Simple and effective. Obsolete bungee cords.

These somewhat tiny straps bothered me at first, but they held a week's supply bag on my Yamaha FJR1300 over 1,400 miles. They are so easy to use and pull up with confidence. I would suggest adding a few more straps than are really necessary in case the buckle breaks. I used 4 for a 30lb Kuryakyn bag. Benefits Easy to attach Simple and solid Luggage stays in place without moving. Disadvantages The price for two two-packs is more than double the price for two separate two-packs. For real? Buyโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Flat Elastic Transport Straps
Cons
  • Big and chunky

They work great if you use them as intended.

I have owned several sets of Rok Straps over the years, primarily used for attaching gear to motorcycles. They are easy to attach, easy to use and easy to remove too. The loop mount easily attaches to the bike surface without metal or hard plastic hooks as attachment points. If you choose the right strap length and strength for your application, they are much easier to use than traditional bungee or ratchet straps and very reliable. I don't store my bikes outside so can't comment on UV/UVโ€ฆ

Pros
  • 12 months free replacement guarantee
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
