Mine broke in my rental. So worried it would cost an arm and a leg to replace. They did their job and looked like hunters. phew

This item worked for my Hunter Douglas blinds. However, my chain is a size #6, 1.5mm thinner than #10. The link is slightly thicker than my original ones and fits snugly into the cable tensioner. I wish there was a connector that only works for #6.

Given 4 stars because the quality is great for a small piece of plastic. Not very strong but it will do the job as the two sides work well together. Unfortunately the 3/4" is too long for my lampshades and when you lift the lampshade the piece just breaks off as it goes through the rolling mechanism. It's so small I think it might be difficult to get a replacement Believe me, this is for part number 6.

After touring all the local hardware stores with a broken plug in my hands I decided to order them. I was concerned that the size of the chain balls would not fit. I didn't know what chain size I had. These turned out to be a perfect fit. They are even better than the original as this connector fully covers all sides of the circuit. The old (broken) plug left one side open. That's probably why it broke. The only downside is that I now have all these spare connectors.

We love our custom room blackout blinds, but over the years the ball chain has snapped. I tried home remedies that worked but were sticky. When I had the brilliant idea of looking for her on Revain, I tried all possible descriptions. Revain is so good at reading minds that he found exactly what I was looking for! Very simple solution! Like the "Pop Beads" necklaces some of us had as kids. You simply snap these plastic pieces at the two ends to reconnect them. Voila! It's very easy!

They are easy to use and work decently with Hunter Douglas blinds (which too often break). prevents the chain from hanging freely) so that it slides easily. What it can't slide through is the top mechanism of the blinds. Depending on the length of your blinds, you may not be able to raise it to the maximum. So overall they work well and are better than calling Hunter Douglas to fix them (again).
