Great deck, cheap trucks. The wheels and bearings suck, but I cleaned and lubricated the included bearings by simply spraying them with the equivalent of WD40 and it more than tripled their spin time. I replaced the wheels with softer ones as they are the noisiest wheels imaginable.

My nephew loved this board for Christmas! The wheels are thick and solid, as is the board. He's a beginner skater so I wanted him to start with something solid and now he's doing tricks on the same board. I chose a long board so he can grow into it and they are safer than small boards for kids. EXCELLENT PURCHASE!

The trucks on this bike barely work, almost impossible to turn on on this board. I've been skateboarding for 10 years and I can barely ride this thing. The deck is ok, the wheels are ok, the bearings are ok, I didn't expect anything good for this price. But trucks make driving almost impossible, especially for beginners.

Okay, I'm someone who understands the difference between a good skateboard and a mediocre one. Better than Kryptonics. If you're on a budget, you're in luck. If you want to ride this board out of the box, you will have a hard time with trucks. I recommend at least replacing the bushings. $5-8 for an independent brand. Age 33 and I've decided to start skating lol. LOVE IT. It's very durable but not very fast, but I don't need it at the moment. It's great to learn tricks on because it's a decent board that doesn't spin like crazy but if I'm just trying to ride it I really want it to go faster and ride longer without having to push.
