The best way to save your money is with braces, splints and supports.

Does not match the picture at all. There is only one velcro in the middle that barely holds both ends of the strap, the strap basically doesn't work and keeps falling off on one side. It's probably less than $5 in materials. Pillow and bandage do the same.

Pros
  • The strap is 116 cm long and keeps your hips 10 cm apart Includes a durable polyester cover that is machine washable and tumble dry low.
Cons
  • So far so good

suitable for orthotics, splints and bandages after hip surgery

It does exactly what it's supposed to keep your legs apart during sleep time after hip surgery. A pillow will do, but it can be too soft and often doesn't stay in place. I wanted to be able to be on my good side without fear of violating safety precautions.

Pros
  • The knee spacer can be used to align the spine and relieve pressure for sciatica, nerve pain and low back pain
Cons
  • There are new competitors
