product of love. Broken upon delivery

This is a great product. Unfortunately it arrived with a cracked lid and half torn off leaving all of the cream in the box. When I contacted Revain I was told that they are a third party company that Revain did the shipping for so Revain was to blame for the poor delivery. The glass dangled in the box with a couple of large airbags in the box which didn't stop the glass from rolling and such. Revain gave me my money back and I will buy again

Damaged container upon delivery

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I would see an issue with broken containers upon receipt. It is very difficult to return an $8 item. I can't say anything about the actual product other than that it smells great.
