Works flawlessly with WDTV Live!

I ordered this USB network adapter but I'm not sure if it will work with my WDTV Live as it isn't on the compatible devices list. However, I decided to take a risk and luckily it works perfectly! Just plug it in, enter your network information and you're done! So far I haven't had any delays or disconnects and I don't expect any. For my specific use, this Rosewill adapter is perfect.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Will be added later

Waste of money

Very short range. So short you might as well walk the wire. WLAN N without speed and frequency 5.0 GHz. Bulky and may occupy 2 ports depending on motherboard configuration. It is operational with Windows 7 SP1 drivers, although a CD is included just in case. It gives a signal and is good to have in a pinch. No Linux support out of the box :(. I'm a big Rosewill fan and love their new dual band adapter but this one was a huge mistake on their part. I have 5 of them and haven't had any luck with…

Pros
  • Absolute legend

GET SOMETHING BETTER!

I bought this unit in May 2011 as a new desktop and it worked fine for the next 6 months but looking back I only used it for about 3 months. In February 2012 it started to glitter, first off and on. It was so vague and rare that I figured my cable line was to blame. But then by the end of the month it was happening every hour until it stopped working completely. The product is lousy and of poor quality. Better to overpay for the best. I am so disgusted with this crappy product that I never want

Pros
  • Nice to use
