Much smaller than expected, but heats up a small room fairly quickly. One important thing is that you don't include "Silent" in your product name unless it's "Silence." There's no reason to be so loud.

This heater stopped working after 18 months. I paid a little more for what I think is good quality. I rated it as good after a few months of use. Now it just won't turn on. 18 months is too short a time for a supposedly higher-quality article. I haven't even used it too often or excessively. Maybe twice a week. The product is not of good quality. Too high a price.

Almost returned due to lack of a good instruction manual, glad we didn't. It took me a few days to figure it out and it works very well. We had an issue trying to use it on carpet. The roll over safety switch on the bottom of the heater needs to be a hard surface so we put the heater on a hard surface and it works great. You will not be disappointed.

Item worked well. If you watch the video now, the fan turns on by itself and cannot be turned off. Yes, I turned off the device several times. No, it doesn't heat anymore. I come back and it's on even though it was off. No support or guarantee. How can I contact the manufacturer? It's always been in the same place since I bought it. A few months and it no longer works. We bought this heater for our daughter's nursery (our house is chilly but her room needed a little more heat to keep it warm at night) Despite its small size, it quickly heats her large room on, and the timer setting very helpful. The metal front of the screen is cool to the touch and the auto-tilt feature gives us peace of mind with our little one. Excellent purchase!

Be careful. I think they mean that the heater/fan mechanism is silent. It's not, but it's very low. However, the buttons are very loud when they turn on and off (which sometimes happens automatically depending on the setting) or when you need to adjust something, they emit a very loud beep to confirm you've changed the setting (temperature +/-, low /turbo, timer or delay).
