Great iron BUT after a few months of use the steam button gets stuck when in use. This is what I use the most since I'm a seamstress. Perfect otherwise.

Consider purchasing this item from a more reputable non-Revain seller. I bought it and it was defective. Sent to me from New York. Went back to Canada. $55 for a return. Very upset that I received a defective item and shipping cost me half the price of the iron!

I've only had this product for a few months and it has already stopped working and not heating properly. I reached out to Rowenta to see if they could help as I have 3 days left until my 3 month return with Revain. Hope for a helpful answer.

This is my second Rowenta. I had the first one for about 15 years and loved it but got thrown away far too often. I gave 4 stars because the steam fluctuates at times, but other than that I like how clean it irons. Seems to hold more water than my previous one so I don't always top up. Good product.

I hesitated to order this iron because it was more than I wanted to spend. My husband irons everything so he pushed me to order that. We received it 2 days ago and I have to say it's the best iron I've ever had. I have no idea how, but it takes half the time to iron our clothes and does an amazing job. Worth every penny whether you iron everything like my husband or just a few things like me. I will never go back to anything else. This product is highly recommended!

I've had Rowenta irons for 10 years. My last one expired almost 4 years later when it had a short in the cord so it couldn't go on without a lot of wiggling and fiddling. Time for a new and improved Rowenta! I upgraded to a stronger model than my old one and expected even more ironing pleasure.
