This is still a 5 star product, even with its very minor imperfections. It works great and heats up quickly, it produces great vapor during normal use and when you press the button to create a burst of steam. Despite the good reviews, my intuition told me not to take this one. My intuition was correct. I really liked the look of the iron and I think it played a bigger role than I would like to believe when purchasing it. I liked the Rowenta I had many years ago but have since gone the cheap route. In the end I decided to bite the bullet and look forward to a new one.
