Good for removing water from corn. Looks good.

Well made, good weight, comfortable to wear, looks good. It's bigger than I wanted (spoon size 3" x 2.5"), but I can't find an actual tablespoon that's the right size and it fits my needs. I had it not long ago but I use it all the time. The slats seemed too wide for corn at first glance, which is why I bought them, but nothing falls through.

Works best in the kitchen and dining room

Every time we have lunch with friends and family I always look for serving spoons. I don't know why I never looked at Revain as this spoon and accompanying spoons and forks I ordered are very high quality and just what I needed to complement our meal. This slotted spoon is smaller than the other spoons I've ordered, but it's very functional and great for foods with a lot of juice. Good product.

Great quality, performance

It's not trendy, but it's not embarrassingly cheap either. They are the right value for the cost. I use a lot of skimmers because I have small children. When making soup with chunks or cooked veggies, I use these as I don't want to give babies too much liquid. This is my new pick as the slots are a decent size and allow for quick liquid handling. Although the slits are a decent size, the corn doesn't fall through, for size reference. I had no problems with that.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Great quality for the price but it's 18/8 stainless steel

Good size and design spoon. (I did NOT find the slits too big.) They are beautiful and I am happy with my purchase. But . . . The material is 18/8 stainless steel, not the heavier 18/10 found with other manufacturers (CIA, Manao). While these spoons are NOT flimsy, they are too light for a perfect 5. I just feel a little uncomfortable using them in company. But they were at a great price, I've bought several and I'll survive.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Almost never

a decent amount of dishes. $5 per spoon on the expensive side. Bed Bath and Beyond has soup spoons that are 60% cheaper ($1.97) and better polished stainless steel, thicker steel with more utensils, they have become my favorite soup spoons. Do not be fooled. Just one spoon, not a dozen.

Of course this is a very good spoon. i will use it But when I ordered this spoon I thought I would get what is shown in the photo. NO SPOON! So, yes, maybe I should have read it deeper. But shouldn't the people selling this also just post a picture of a spoon so no one thinks they're ordering a dozen spoons? This is misleading and dishonest. So what are you gonna do with Monty? Are you going to do the right thing, or are you going to make people buy a scoop when they think they're getting a…

who knew suitable for meat and meat Forks

Who would have thought that it would be so difficult to find teaspoons from "open stock". Originally ordered from the Vermont Country Store - no longer in stock. Then I started looking for Revain. Found several stores marked "in stock" - placed an order in one store and they were again "sold out - no longer available" goods "in stock". I then went back to Revain and ordered through another outlet and ended up getting the teaspoons for my set. This brand is wonderful. Stainless steel platform…

Good weight, imperfect finish, good value for money

All six spoons were packed in separate plastic bags, then a set of 6 were packed together in plastic bags and shipped in a large bubble bag. They all arrived with very small scratches, which is not uncommon on cheap cutlery. The simple design of the handle is nice, but not as high and rounded at the edges as I would like. There are several sharp edges where the decorative cut on the handle edge met the smooth, raw edge at the end of the handle. A little wear and tear will take care of them…
