Pros: Excellent high gloss finish Exceptionally strong, handle does not bend easily Pointed oval design works well for digging stuff out of wide-mouth cans. For a long time it was difficult to find the right ice cream scoop. They all have a nice polished finish and a smooth transition from blade to handle with no nooks and crannies to get into.
