These measuring spoons are very durable. I couldn't love her more. When there are eight of us in the house and someone always needs a spoonful of this or that (magnesium before bed, a cup of broth, cooking dinner for 8 without having to wash 30 things before even sitting down), it's nice I have a few sizes in the drawer that we use the most - a teaspoon and a tablespoon. And with them, I never have to worry about the cream cheese getting too hard like I do with my OXOs. Bonus.

I bought this because I needed a tablespoon stiff enough to scoop out the hardened coconut oil without bending over. I also like that it has a long handle so I can reach taller jars without having to stick my whole arm into it. This one does the job well! It is very durable. I hand wash it so I doubt I'll get rust problems like some people. As other reviewers have said, this is a solid piece of metal. If you are looking for a heavy duty coffee scoop/measuring spoon, this is a good choice. The long handle makes it less easy to lose and easy to hang. I've argued against giving it 4 stars because it's hard to get carried away with a coffee scoop, but then again, it's probably as good as you're likely to want or find it. If you're picky about these things I heartily recommend this one, you won't be disappointed.
