It is very durable and serves its purpose perfectly. I've only used it on carpet so far, but it works great. My 1 year old is constantly stealing it, lugging it around and throwing it around the house and it still looks brand new. I love how you can attach the holder somewhere to attach a doorstop or when you don't need it, a really nice feature that I didn't think I would even use.

I love using these in my classroom for COVID to maintain social distancing from students as they enter but the metal part of the hook is starting to come loose as the screws keep coming out. It stinks because I like to hang them on the wall so I always know where they are. Also, they work very well for holding doors open on smooth tiles where wood slides in.

Well this product might be suitable for home use but I work as a driver for a large grocery chain and often use doorstops to delay going to the fridge and waiting for the door open. The screws that hold the metal in place are rubber and will not work on a wet tile floor. I have to use twice for the service door. The doors are tall and the stops a bit short, but when stacked on top of each other, they work well on tarmac. So what do I need them for, because they're ok, not great, but I use them…
