I bought this scale to use in a restaurant for inventory purposes. Used once a week for a total of 3 weeks until it broke. I worked with electronics in the former area so I made sure all the connections were good and they were. I tried 4 different new 9V batteries. Nothing. It does not begin. I used Revain product support and sent a detailed request to the manufacturer. That was two weeks ago and still no reply. If you want a scale that works, I suggest skipping this one. Just received 3 of these commercial scales. We weigh packages from 1 to 40 pounds. We ship with any means of transport. All three showed 11.0 lbs unadjusted with 11 lbs calibrated weights. (Also tested at 1, 5 and 6 pounds on the first scale and it went well.) Impressive! We'll see how they hold up, but I like them on day one. I don't see a way to calibrate them when needed.
