I've been using this fridge to take my lunch to work for a few months now and I love it. An ice pack keeps food cold for several hours. I like this smaller size. It's big enough for small dishes, snacks and an ice pack.

I love the hard plastic inside and out, it wipes clean easily and odors have nowhere to hide. This type of lunch box has proven to be the most reliable type of lunch box for keeping food cold, so I'm confident the lunch I've packed with care and love won't go bad. The durable case will stand up to years of use and my kids don't hesitate to carry this always beautiful fridge with them.

I use insulin pens and there are 5 in a box. Well when this little chest was in the back of the car next to my suitcase it wasn't even the sun and I lost 2 handles because they got too hot. I had to change my answer if this would work. Not great as you can't put the pins directly on the ice and I had to put them in a container to keep them from drying out and freezing. I don't think I'll be using it again unless I have a really big cooler and can fit it in to try it out.

I bought 2 of these tiny fridges for one reason: they were the perfect size to fit under the two raised seats on my inflatable fishing kayak so the aluminum shelves don't sink in too much under load. These little coolers are perfect! And as a plus, each of them perfectly holds a pack of six cans. They work so well for my purposes that I didn't mind the cost. They are expensive compared to most coolers you can buy. And to be honest, I don't even know how long or how well they keep you cold…
