Not. Easy to find instead

They are very fragile and cheap. Returning the press, buying Rubbermaid with "easy to find" caps. You can fold them like you normally would or push a little on your abs and they will snap together into one. The medium and large sizes have an opening on the lid to avoid spilling the contents all over the microwave. Have a nice day!

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Almost never

The lids are tight and fragile, so they all broke.

I bought these more than 6 months ago and now all the covers are broken. The lids fit well and the plastic is brittle so they are not flexible. I wouldn't say we're rough on containers or open them aggressively. We haven't handled any more than any other brand we've had before and that's never happened.

Pros
  • Looking forward to it
Cons
  • For retirees

Not the Rubbermaid from Old

Only 2 months and I'm ready to replace the whole set. I'm just tired of using it. The lids are difficult to attach. The lids started cracking on day #1. Storage is difficult due to the different sizes of the bowls and their lids. All caps of the same color make sorting and searching difficult. Next time I'll buy by price, not price. I know when it's a good value, when I enjoy using something, not when I'm scared of it.

Great value for money, good if not always perfect closure

The container dimensions included are not my first choice but for the price you can't beat this set. "Take Away" are the lightweight Rubbermaids containers that you find in supermarkets and even shops, but they are the strongest and thickest containers I've seen outside of department stores and major department stores, and they're priced close to the price of a containers. Some of the larger containers are sealed very carefully to keep them airtight. I think it's more about the form than the…

Not what it used to be

Just bought this set to replace an old Rubbermaid set. Very disappointed in Rubbermaid. The lid of a container broke when I tried to open it. This was the second time I've used it. A little difficult to open again after closing. Lids are crappy plastic. Not what I expected. I put the entire set in the dishwasher as soon as I received it. Well the big covers came out warped. I had to put them on the floor to get them back into shape (stacking so much). I think you get what you pay for. I have a…
