Pet Costume Dress and Hat - Rubies Purple Witch Review

We had a hard time keeping the little velcro straps closed when the pup started walking. The black straps also broke early.

It's adorable but my puppy has never worn it. I go big but it was too small. My neighbor's dog wore it and everyone loved it!

This costume is just adorable. The hat is adjustable so it can stay on you and when they shake their heads and move to the side it actually looks cuter. The only thing is that in a small dress there is no stretch at all, which makes walking uncomfortable and difficult for hands. I bought a medium size for my two girls. My Pug Poppy is 14 1/2 to 15 pounds and my French Bulldog is 18 pounds. They look really cute and I am happy with my purchase!

Good quality. The elastic chin strap of the hat is double, which allows you to stretch the dog's ears, which prevents the hat from falling forward or backward. My dog kept shaking like he was wet. One of the 4 straps broke. I easily tied the knot and was back to 4. My 17 lb dog has gained another pound or two. It still fits, but the velcro on the chest doesn't stretch, so I only did one, the other was 3 inches from even thinking about closing it. lol. For a Halloween walk the dog, I wore purple

Rubie's Dog Costume wasn't nearly as good as it has been in the past. It was done cheaply. Got this for our 10 lb miniature long haired dachshund. The outfit also smelled musty. It was the color pictured and it suited our dog so well. I used to buy Rubies Christmas outfits and they were detailed, not what I expected them to be. I love the detailing of previous outfits for photos of our dogs, but on this one, the bows can't be tied or the laces can't be tightened at all. Disappointed in that. I…
