Cute. Fits the dog I bought it for. I would give 5 🌟 if the shamrocks attacked better, some of them were scattered around the package.

It was much less than I expected, not free. I stretched it and it became more like a collar. I have a small vesti and I think a large would be the best size.

the hole was about an inch and a half. What dog has such a small neck? I think she will be too small for a chihuahua. It stretches but chokes my dog it was so tight. I have a 7lb Maltese. I had to cut and bind.

The collar is perfect for the pure white dog it was designed for. I should have ordered the next size up but didn't know the size of the dog. I will be ordering more for this dog - he loves wearing them. He had a Christmas present so now I know what to get him! Great collar!

Eh, it only costs a few dollars. Fun for St. Patty's Day. I have a 17 lb terrier mix. Okay, he's 20. A little overweight. In any case, the collar is small. This is basically a tail halter with tulle. The little cellophane clover leaf mostly fell off when I put it on patches. I think I can make another wear out of it. When the patches make me wear them again. It took us two to get there.

Every year my daughter and her family host a wonderful St. Patrick's Dinner. And every year we invite our beloved poodle Josie. So this year I decided to buy something green for Josie. This collar (or should I say ruff?) is too cute for words to describe. I took a medium/large size for Josie who weighs about 16lbs. It stretches, but I don't want it any tighter. Well made and can be kept from year to year.
