I LOVE this mirror. I don't give 5 star ratings but this product works wonders for me. Portable, flexible and everything I wanted in a mirror. You can bend it as you like. The picture is also clear. The light is good too, but it blinds me a bit, luckily I don't need it that much. The included small magnifying mirror is great when I want to pluck my eyebrows.

Love love love this mirror. It's a beautiful, VERY accurate reflection (scary HD actually) and the light is bright enough that I can actually see my face in my dimly lit dressing room. The design also saves space which is great since most of my desk is taken up by cosmetics lol. Although I wish the magnifying mirror was bigger. Can't comment on durability yet, but will update if I run into any issues.

I bought this mirror in July and at first I thought it was the best. I had to change the batteries about 4 times in the first 5 weeks until it completely died the last time. The light no longer works at all and I am very upset that I spent my money on it. I would not recommend anyone to buy this unless they mind a broken product. Very disappointing.

I am so disappointed with this product. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. But two months later, the mirror backlight stopped working normally. I had to change the batteries every two weeks because they started to dim and fade. I even bought those expensive long lasting ones but the light still went out after 10 days. This vanity mirror was one of the BEST I have ever owned! Batteries lasted MUCH LONGER, whether they were cheap or expensive batteries. I love how the small 10x zoom mirror was attached to a vanity mirror instead of being portable because what I have now is portable and I don't like it. And if it helps, I lived with a roommate who had 2 naughty kids and every time they ran up and down the stairs my makeup mirror fell down the stairs TWICE and it STILL lasted a really long time! Not as big as I thought it would be, but it's a decent size. I ordered new batteries specifically for this mirror and when I put them in (I double checked they were put in correctly and they were) it wouldn't turn on even with the back button on which was annoying . I put the batteries in something else to make sure they weren't bad batteries and they worked. Finally, after reinstalling several times, it showed up. a little sketchy. I hope it continues to work properly from now on. Very cool…

I bought this mirror in April 2016 and have had to change the batteries so many times that the amount of money spent on batteries exceeds the mirror is even worth it. Rather spend more money for a higher quality mirror. I often change the batteries, but after a few days the light gets so weak that I can hardly do my makeup properly without additional lighting. This mirror only works for a short time and then it rattles at you. If you can afford to spend a little more for a higher quality mirror

The product itself is excellent the lighting is fantastic and the size of the mirror is just perfect. My only issue is that the package came in real product packaging, not Amazon shipping packaging. So you can see what I ordered just by looking at the box. I don't know if this is an issue with Amazon or the company that sold the product.
