Just received this playpen but so far so good. Bought a medium sized one. I wanted something bigger than the crates I already have so two Chihuahuas can be in it at the same time. This playpen is neither too big nor too small for two Chihuahuas (small Chihuahuas, not cupped Chihuahuas). This playpen has a zipped top and zipped door and overall the playpen appears to be well made. I will post additional updates if I run into any issues in the future.

Excellent customer service. Amazing playpen. Our new 13 week old pup loves his playground. Fits most of her toys (roomy) and even her bed. The best part is that she loves to sunbathe in it and thanks to the adjustable dog door she can leave at any time. The top zip allows for easy cleaning to remove debris and can be left on or off. Very sturdy, as our pup is in the learning phase she likes to lean on it and he doesn't fall over. Highly recommended to all pet owners.

I bought this for my 6 week old kitten so that when we visit family for Passover he can come and be comfortable. He's too young to be alone for too long. He was so comfortable in it! This little playpen is absolutely excellent in every way but one. The floor is not waterproof. Pet pads tend to hold things in place, but often they don't and pet urine will seep through the underside of this grip. I have a Yorkie puppy who hasn't been broken into yet and was hoping to move the pen from room to room. Couldn't stand my overly active pup. If you have a strong and large puppy, he will bend and fold easily. However, it didn't matter because he loved it. Sometimes he lets him get up and he comes in and sleeps peacefully inside. But sometimes it's just a great big toy that he enjoys for hours.
