We needed a secure and strong mount and were fortunate to find it. When I received them I was so impressed to replace the other mounts with these.

Nonsense, everything was tightened, the heads of a single screw hadn't been torn off, but where the bracket was screwed to the clamp it didn't hold. I ended up using a longer bolt and nut to tighten it. The first did not cut the threads, but the second did. Yes, they would have bolted the headlights to the forks if the threads in the clamps hadn't snapped.

Great product. Fits exactly where I want. It's not easy to get a 4 inch diameter bull bar mount that looks solid and beautiful. This mount is universal; can be used upside down if you need it. It worked for me because my Hella 550 Halogen is slightly larger so it can be fitted in the normal position. "Please look at the picture." I bought these to mount to a Rugged Ridge XHD front bumper to fit a Rigid Dually kit. I've tried different mounting bolts but have never been able to get a tight fit on the handlebars that won't budge with a bit of pressure. In a trial installation, the fairing on the inside of the binding simply scratched when the assembly was rotated on the tire. Its main purpose is to attach to pipes, which is not very difficult, and in fact the clamp attaches to pipes. (To be honest, also attach with cloves). The product itself looks great. Good quality with some weight. This is not a cheap Chinese imitation. The instructions say you should use thread lock, be sure to do it! Especially if it's happening on a jeep or any vehicle you'll be using off-road. The design is pretty straight forward. There is a narrow angle and a wide angle.
