I gave this review 3 stars because I don't think they are true to size. They keep dropping out, I've lost at least 6 of them. My other 18 gauge stayed and was harder to install. I am not very happy with my purchase.

Love love my new nose studs. I kept losing my 20s so I decided to try the 18s, went in with no problems. That little thing between a good seller and a not so good one. Many Thanks. 10 stars!

Pretty, but definitely not for the nose. The ball at the end is not big enough to hold the jewelry, it is almost the same size as the needle. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for anything longer than an hour or so.

I lost one when I ordered them. so needed a replacement fast! I never expected them to be so big! I will order again if needed. If you're considering placing an order, don't hesitate. because it is amazing quality for the price!

Sometimes I don't wear a nose stud, but when I do I like the sizing to suit my mood. Sometimes I want it to really stand out, other days I just want a little so I do less. Good quality and packed in a cute little pouch which is great because those little suckers can get away from you! I plan to buy more in the near future. :)

So far so good. Arrived on time, cute little bag for her, they look exactly like the picture, four different sizes, one of each size, nice and shiny. They are sweet! The only downside for me is that I didn't realize when I bought them that they weigh 18g so the compression was a bit tight but other than that they are good. Feels pretty confident. The ball at the end is a bit small and almost missing, but I prefer that your nose doesn't heal over the ball and cause pain when you take it out…
