Very light and stretchy. The main compartment is large enough to hold a 6" or larger phone with a small hole for the headphone cord. I have an old Nexus 6 that fits with no problems. one with velcro on top. The strap is wide and feels durable, is adjustable, and stretches for comfort. It may seem too small when you look at it, but it's actually very comfortable due to the stretchy material. to its max size it still fits the largest waist in our house 40 inches. I will probably buy another one.

Used for my iPhone XR when running/walking. It seemed to stay in place while running with very little "bounce" as long as it was snug to the body. The weaker the belt, the stronger the rebound.
