Used for my iPhone XR when running/walking. It seemed to stay in place while running with very little "bounce" as long as it was snug to the body. The weaker the belt, the stronger the rebound. My phone fits snugly and there really isn't room for anything else. However, the small side pocket will likely fit a key or two. My experience is that when I put my phone in my pocket, the music I'm playing is interrupted, but the screen is also pressed against my stomach. I turned it so the screen was facing out and had no problems. I would imagine the rubber bands will stretch or wear out over time but hopefully will last a while. I prefer this to the bandage I used with my old phone.
