No car beats Rupes, but the velcro baseplate sucks. I am a 20 year old professional detailer. After some use, the pads come loose every time I barely turn a corner or walk over ridges on the roof. DON'T GET ME WRONG I CAN'T GO WITHOUT MY BABY BUT UPDATE YOUR QUALITY CONTROL AND EVEN THE NEW RUPES21 IS THE SAME OLD WEAK CONSTRUCTION. BUT I THINK I CAN'T COMPLAIN, I MADE MY MONEY TIME 100 ON ONE BUT IF YOU USED A GASKET AND BETTER ADHESIVE YOU WOULD GET A BETTER VIEW.
