Only got this ryobi grinder because DeWalt didn't have a battery powered grinder. As others have pointed out this grinder did not come in the Ryobi packaging shown in the picture but in a plain white box which makes me wonder why and what is wrong with that although it is probably fine. The 18v battery I already have, charged by wqw and used sparingly on an electric drill I no longer use, was only able to power this grinder for 10 seconds before it stalled.
