Skylights are made of high performance thermoformed polycarbonate to be long lasting and easy to clean. Skylights include care instructions. Skylights include a 10.3 oz tube of approved urethane sealant that must be used with installing. Sizes available to replace most original equipment. Inners white obscure (no window) or a clear window dome.

Don't expect butyl sealant with interior skylight

Did not come with butyl sealant as stated in the product description. Sent it back once and got a new one, again without the butyl seal. I needed an indoor skylight and didn't have time to send it back for them to get it right so I just left the skylight and ordered the tube online. The attic light itself was legal.
