Great replacement.

I rigorously use full face masks when working in a shop with large power tools (table saw, lathe, etc.). My 12 year old grandson has recently shown a keen interest in learning how to use power tools so the first thing I did was to buy him his own Uvex full face mask to immediately introduce him to the idea of safe shop practices. I decided to replace the plastic visor on my Juvex. I'm glad I did. It was worth the money.

Perfect protection. Very trustworthy.

I TRUST and use these guards at work and at home when working with angle grinders. They are MUCH THICKER than other shields. CLEAR. And plenty of coverage and protection. Note: The protective film on both sides must be removed before use. MORON! There is a misleading photo of this sign as blurry lol taken by someone with only negative comments on their profile btw. It must be hard not knowing what to put on first: shoes or socks every day. I test these shields DAILY BY SHARPENING THE STEEL FOR…

Save your face. For five bucks

So for five bucks I can protect my face every once in a while by turning around and still seeing because it's not as scratched as my old one. I wear it when I work on a lathe. Come to think of it, a piece of wood turning at around 1500 would actually fly off the lathe. Correction: Fell off the lathe. So I wear a bionic shield and these things just pop out. You would be crazy if you didn't use them. I had a 4x8 blank shot right at me and all that happened was my face shield took the hit and blew

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick guide
