Suitable for Roti/Paratha

Slightly smaller compared to traditional tava but suitable for Roti or Paratha. He's not heavy. It's not non-stick, I can use butter or oil or the roti will stick to it.

Pros
  • Several competitors

It's non-stick and cookware safe

I'm from South India, I bought it for Dosa/utappam but I had the worst experience. Dosa did not leave Tava at all. I can't recommend dosa. I think chapati or pulca is fine.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Minor issues

Comal is even worse! for kitchen and dining room

This is by far the worst coma I have used in my life. Firstly, it will not stand exactly on the stove, leaning toward the handle. The surface looks very beautiful, but is only gray color! No non-stick properties. To return. I had the best experience at the Dollar Store!

Pros
  • It has something
Cons
  • Requires a socket

There is a difference between regular hard anodizing and non-stick hard anodizing. Please note this is hard anodizing only and there is no non-stick coating. Food cooked at high temperatures therefore sticks and burns. I use it to cook roti on low to medium heat. Also, I needed something without a non-stick coating, so I ordered this one. It serves my needs. I can also cook very tasty naans in this pan because as the naans cook, they stick to the pan as I rotate the pan over the flame, which is

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some bugs
