Instructions for use are pretty unclear. How much water do I use? What is a brush and why isn't it included in the kit? Does it need to be washed off? First, I like the smell. To use this, first remove any obvious dirt. Not a problem for my bags but when I move on to shoes and boots. I then used a damp microfiber cloth and rubbed it over the soap until the cloth was soapy. I rubbed it in small circles like rubbing a miniature car until the soap was visible. I add a coat of leather conditioner to my shoes, but I didn't bother with the bags. It worked great and was a bit of a Zen-like process.
