This product left my espresso with a very bitter taste even after repeated rinsing and use. According to the instructions, this product can cause serious eye damage. So I don't want to consume it. As with other descalers, the ingredients are mysterious. It is better to find a more natural solution.

Why is taste rated in this review? It's a form of food acid so please don't drink it, but it's exactly what my intuita was asking for. Too bad that the descaling process can never be completed without 4 red flashing lights. But the solution really helped!

Just used my first bottle and it cleaned the car very well. We have such hard water where I live that I even use filtered water in my car to avoid limescale, but it's important to use a descaling agent from time to time to catch any kind of buildup and clean the car to run properly.

I used another Saeco machine cleaner and about a month later the descaling light came on. I decalcified these and it's been over a month and there hasn't been a decalcification indicator. I heard Saeco is notorious for being spoiled and if you don't talk nice to them they won't help you. Give it a good decalcification and it will make your coffee for you.

I just find these things too expensive for what they are. At least it's cheaper than a trio. I've descaled the Saeco three times with vinegar, so this is the first time I'm using the recommended products. I always found coffee a bit bitter after cleaning. I *really* love how the cleanse ended up with this product. There's definitely an improvement in flavor so I'm a convert now even if they're overpriced.
