The ingredients listed are WRONG. Safeguard stopped containing triclocarban many years ago and I was hoping to find some old stuff here, but this list is full of lies. The photos are wrong and there is no "active ingredient" in this product at all. This is a simple soap, like white, but without aloe.

Antibacterial soap that my family trusts. It works very well for our sensitive skin. My son has moderate eczema and was washed in the grocery department with another expensive, well-known antibacterial mild soap. but after Finding Guard is in Revain we all switched. Safeguard is just as good as other expensive soaps. And now we're all swimming in it!

Photos and ingredients listed on Revain indicate that the beige protector contains triclocarban. This would suggest that they are made from the (fantastic) original recipe. The bars supplied do not contain any currently prohibited ingredients. Sad and deceptive. The new wording is not quite the same.

We've been buying this soap for decades but can't find beige in stores anymore. In recent years we have started buying it from Revain as it is always in stock. My husband and I love the smell of beige soap more than white or any other Safeguard fragrance. We also prefer bar soap over shower gel.

Safeguard is one of only two true antibacterial bar soaps left on the market. This was recommended to me by my orthopedic spine specialist. I've had nine (yes, nine!) back surgeries in six years and I don't want to worry about infections. The defender meets all requirements. It has a pleasant, clean aroma, unobtrusive. It's hard to find in stores, but Revain definitely has it!

I ordered Safeguard antibacterial soap and like many others I received Safeguard but it is not antibacterial and even the packaging is different from what is shown in Revain became. Do you want to know that you are really clean? Use this soap! If you're just a regular Joe or Jane, you need to use this soap! If you work with heavy fumes, germs, odors, sweat, dirt, oil, buy and use this soap! You will have more rings in your bath than Saturn! A SafeGuard soapy bath will make you feel like you have a million dollars! I hope you found this review helpful.
