I found this product while looking to replace a set of cheap plastic grinders that were no longer working. I chose this brand based on the reviews. Ordering was easy, in typical Revain style. Follow up emails from the seller were a high mark for customer service. They contained valuable instructions for use and cleaning as well as suggestions for quick recipes. We bought two of these around the house for salt and pepper and they worked great for a while. However, the pepper mill began to crack at the bottom after about 6 months. Thought it might be coincidence, I bought a second one to replace once it broke (and spilled whole peppercorns all over my food). The second started breaking just like the first.
