Doesn't absorb water

I've read reviews that vegetables stay fresher longer, I can't answer that. I ordered it instead of using a salad bowl and because it was made in the USA. As I loaded up the lettuce leaves and started swinging overhead, I doused the entire kitchen with water.

Just needs a bit of work but definitely works.

As other reviewers say, be sure to keep your bag wet. A little tedious if you don't have a spray bottle handy. But it works if you keep it moist every few days. I've tried emptying the lettuce, then soaking it, then draining it and putting it back in, but it's just too tiring.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • For seniors

Great way to store greens!

I have tried so many ways to store chard and fresh basil. I have tried putting them in water like flowers in a vase, in a plastic bag and other attempts. THIS is a fantastic solution. You must keep the bag moist. And the greens are enough for a day. I ordered one for a friend and kept both!

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Low maintainability

I am on a keto diet and eat spinach salads almost every day. packaged spinach doesn't last a week without softening (at best) or soft, slimy goose bumps (at worst). Fresh spinach will stay fresh for over a week in this bag. Eventually some of the leaves will soften but I just throw them away and the remaining leaves are still crunchy! IMPORTANT: the bag must be moist, just keeping it in the fridge is not enough. I forgot to "water" it and the spinach became
