Type of review

I like that you can customize your own reports for each rep or team member (if assigned) so they are specific enough without being too detailed/specific in one area vs another - it's all about customization! The only thing is more reporting options would be nice but this isn't something i'm sure could change with out adding additional development time which we don;t have at present due to our limited resources!! We use them primarily just because having access from anywhere makes life easier…

  • The reports are a nice additional to our teams day to day
Cons
  • the iOS version 11 update has not been the only area of issues with the SalesQ tools
