I like that it is easy for me to use and has everything I need to stay organized. It also allows me to keep track of my schedule and appointments. The only thing I dislike about this software is that it can sometimes be slow to load. Sometimes it takes a few seconds to open the program or even close out an email. The ease of use is great for such an extensive program. I can easily make changes in my account without any issue or problems that arise from using this software. They have a lot of different features but it's not too overwhelming so anyone with basic computer skills will be able to figure out how to navigate through all their tools.
