The ease of use is great for such an extensive program. I can easily make changes in my account without any issue or problems that arise from using this software. They have a lot of different features but it's not too overwhelming so anyone with basic computer skills will be able to figure out how to navigate through all their tools. Sometimes it takes me two seconds just to log into my dashboard which slows down my work flow significantly if I'm doing several things at once. There are many other programs out there but they don't compare to Sales Radar when it comes to price per month and overall functionality. It helps us organize our pipeline of accounts we want to contact by day/week/month. We also keep track of what has been done vs what still needs to be completed. This allows us to see exactly where our time goes and how much revenue we're bringing in each week.
